Shipping & Returns
All web slings, bridle slings, wire rope slings, chain mesh and alloy chain slings are fabricated at our facility to-order. All products are shipped out within 5 business days. If we are unable to ship within 5 days due to the production schedule, the customer will be notified within 2 days of placing the order when the product will ship out.
For orders including products that are too large or heavy for UPS ground service, an LTL carrier will be chosen by SlingMart, based on the least expensive option. You will be notified by SlingMart beforehand and you will be responsible for freight when the product is delivered.
No products are to be returned to Seller without prior approval from Seller. Credit or replacement will only be made after a thorough inspection of the products has been made by Seller’s representative and investigation shows that it is defective, or was shipped in error. A return authorization will be given to Buyer by Seller’s sales representative for returnable merchandise and must accompany the shipment. Seller retains the right to apply a 25% restocking charge on returns. Unique or specialty products are not returnable.
